Staying in close contact with our technology and production sections, our sales staff can suggest products and specifications that best suit the customer's specific operations. |
Staff members of our technology section learn about a customer's operations and requirements from the sales staff in charge of each customer, and they understand the critical points, upon the manufacturing stage, to be challenged and overcome for obtaining the desired result. Coordinating between the sales and production sections, the technology section plays a key role in determining product specifications that best meet the customer's requirements. This section also comprises groups specialized in developing new technologies and in areas such as machine design, peripheral device design and electrical design. Drawing on Homma's in-company on-line system, quick-response and high-performance CAD system, the technology section has developed its own comprehensive design system for conveying customer needs to our production section. |
